I had a wonderful stay at Moon Palace Cancun, where the expansive grounds offered something for everyone. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and the variety of restaurants exceeded my expectations. However, it did feel quite large and bustling at times, especially during peak seasons. Additionally, navigating through the three sections of the resort required some planning.

Our stay was nothing short of magical! The service we received was extraordinary, particularly from Erick and his team, who went out of their way to accommodate my dietary restrictions. The dining experiences were exceptional at both the Brazilian and Mexican restaurants. However, we did encounter a slight hiccup with customer service when we reported a concern about a housekeeper, which left a bit to be desired. Overall, we left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return!
